1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Volt Trivia ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Volt Trivia is a multiplayer trivia game application for Apple TV that allows users to host trivia games, create custom questions, and play with others. The service includes:

Apple TV application for hosting games
Web-based player interface for joining games
Web dashboard for creating custom content
Real-time multiplayer functionality

3. Purchases and Payments

Volt Trivia is a paid application available on the Apple App Store. Additional features may be purchased through in-app purchases.

All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store
Purchases are non-refundable except as required by law or Apple's policies
In-app purchases are one-time payments, not subscriptions
Prices are subject to change with notice

4. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may create an account. You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
All activities that occur under your account
Providing accurate and complete information
Notifying us of any unauthorized use

5. User Content

You may create custom questions, categories, and groups. By creating content, you:

Retain ownership of your original content
Grant us a license to store and display your content within the App
Agree not to create content that is illegal, harmful, or violates others' rights
Are solely responsible for your content

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Use the App for any illegal purpose
Create offensive, hateful, or inappropriate content
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Interfere with other users' enjoyment of the App
Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
Use the App to spam or harass others

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, and built-in content, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR MEET YOUR SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which our company is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
